2-3 chicken breasts
2 cans black beans, rinsed & drained
1 can corn (or frozen)
1/2 c salsa
1/2 tsp cumin
salt & pepper to taste
Cook on low setting of crock pot for 5 hours
Corrine's personal note - I've done it with more and less chicken and have almost always enjoyed it with less than more. I think it's too dry when you add too much chicken.
